Our firm was hired to carve and recreate many missing elements on this 1880 historically significant mantel that was originally designed by Frank Furness. ….including the whimsical Owls and Griffins. 

The Bloomfield H. Moore Mantelpiece is one of the most significant examples of American Decorative Arts from the Aesthetic Movement. A collaboration with Carole Halle.
